I got a reply from Reichiko, the 'boxer working for the St. Louis Public Libraries:

"Rozebud, we have decided to leave out our letterboxes until the end of July! Thanks for letting me know about the convention! --R"

So, all you folks coming in from out-of-town for LB Con 2009...here are a few more boxes for you to find! I've only gotten one so far, the one closest to my office - VERY nice custom stamp. Once I get back from a short trip this weekend, I plan to start looking for one or two a week - since there is not so much of a rush anymore! :-)
